Act 18 of 2012 Photo ID  – For Liberty                                                                                                                                                                                          TIER 3 FOR LIBERTY – Major Impact on Liberty — A “YEA” Vote Was a VOTE FOR LIBERTY  A “YEA” vote will add 50  points to the grade and a “NAY” vote will deduct  50  points from the grade. Voter ID has been upheld by US Supreme Court and is necessary if every vote is to count.

                                                         April 2008   The Supreme Court has upheld Photo ID in Indiana in a 6 – 3 ruling  READ MORE Associated Press 28 April 2008  The law “is amply justified by the valid interest in protecting ‘the integrity and reliability of the electoral process,'” Justice John Paul Stevens said in an opinion that was joined by Chief Justice John Roberts and Anthony Kennedy. Stevens was a dissenter in Bush v. Gore in 2000. Justices Samuel Alito, Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas also agreed with the outcome, but wrote separately.


The Supreme Court upheld Photo Voter ID in April 2008. Why did it take the Republican controlled Harrisburg until  March 18, 2012?
