The company has received $127 million in contracts, grants and loans from the $787 billion federal stimulus package, according to Recovery.gov. That placed GE well out of the top 20, which received more than $400 million each. GE’s sales to the federal government accounted for 4%, equivalent to about $6 billion, of the company’s total revenue last year.
