The Fiscal Iceberg: US Debt and Deficit – Eurorpean Debt and Deficit – Deck Chairs

I think the next election will be, in part, Main Street v. Wall Street. Recently, I read two books Reckless Endangerment by Gretchen Morgenson and Joshua Rosner(2011), both of the New York Times, and The Big Short by Michael Lewis(2011).

RepbulicansDemocratsWashingtonNewYork, all one spider web and we are caught.

“Fractional banking” taken to unheard of limits and Fannie Mae was as complicit as GoldmanSachs. The government was not the traffic cop we needed.

Very upsetting. The more I see the financial interests intertwined with political power; the more I become an advocate for limited government.

The European Debt crisis can very well impact within the year.

The Fiscal Iceberg is ahead and we, the people, are not turning the wheel to avoid the disaster. The Titanic sank and so can we.

Deck Chairs on the Titanic before it sank. What are we doing?
